This Private Villa is located in the prestigious gated Luxury Estate community of the original Cotton Bay Club Golf Resort(Golf Course under restoration but playable), nestled privately among only 20+ other privately owned Estate Homes mostly hidden from view by years of natural grown sea shore landscape of Sea grape, flowering Hibiscus, Beauganvillas and Oleander. Located conveniently to Cape Eleuthera Resort and Marina(13.9 miles), Davis Harbour Marina(4 miles), Cape Eleuthera Island School (13 miles) and nearby Rock Sound City(9 miles) and airport (RSD 11 miles).Governor's Harbour Airport (GHB) is approx 50 Miles North and North Eleuthera Airport(ELH) is about 90 miles North, both along the islands main highway road that runs North and South. The Sunrise Patio Deck overlooking the beach features outdoor casual seating, plus a dining table with sun umbrella and chaise lounge chairs. The Sunset Lagoon Gardenview Lanai features several over sized patio dining tables, comfortable padded casual seating and sun chairs for when the sun is direct over head or setting to the west. There is an outdoor charcoal Weber BBQ grille, refrigerator and coffee maker for planning everything from a Grill Out for lunch or dinner to your own continental breakfast. Captain Cally the Estate Homes Care Taker can arrange fresh fish and or lobster for your gathering with notice. Keep in mind there are several area family restaurants that are pleased to host you for local affordable meals and many offer take away, such as "Ship to Shore Restaurant". The nearby resort's Waterfront Bahama Coffee Company Restaurant is open every day of the year 7am-10pm and would be glad to prepare any thing even to go including your fresh catch.
The Atlantic Sun Deck double wide sliding doors open into the villas common areas of the kitchen, living room, entertainment center and through to the Lanai on the other side creating a wonderful flow throughout for a family event.
The Villa features 5 ocean side decorated guest rooms, each with their own private main exterior secure entrance from the Lagoon (Westerly) side of the home and many with floor to ceiling sliding glass oceanfront doors so there is a dramatic view from both the Atlantic side of the home and the lagoon side of the home. This twin entrance to most of the guest rooms allow the naturally cool ocean trade wind breezes to flow comfortably through the guest quarters and common areas, a fresh healthy feeling our island naturalists seek. Cool tropical breezes are complimented with either air conditioning or individually controlled cooling fans and some have both. Each guest room has convenient access to both the spacious Atlantic Oceanfront Sunrise Deck and the covered Sunset Lanai that overlooks the lagoon and gardens, perfect for a social family or group gathering for any meal period or cocktail hour.
The Villa's kitchen is fully equipped with a large GE profile stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, gas range stove, fryer, coffee maker, toaster, blender and all accompaniments of china, glassware, silverware, pots, pans and utensils. There is a full wet bar with through the wall access for service to the Sunset Lanai. As well as a chest freezer for groceries or your fresh catch and a full laundry facility.

Sunset Lagoon-Garden view Queen guest room w/AC, with private full bathroom tub/shower-(One Queen bed) 5). Common outdoor setting-Outdoor Sun Deck Patio & Lagoon-Garden view Lanai are at no add'l charge when used as they are. Set up fees apply for other arrangements and or services. There are several outdoor beach shower stations.
The Golf Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones was hailed as one of his best courses in its day. Their is no Golf Club house or services and the course has not been maintained to standard, however it is playable if you bring your own clubs. We are told golf carts are not available at his time, but that a caddy can be arranged. The Course fees are $100 a person for 18 holes and $70 for 9 holes.Ask if you would like to see the golf Tee card for more information.
There is plenty of free parking at the Villa and Boat house and 24 hour security at Cotton Bay Club Estates.
There is a Housekeeping departure fee of $60 and a one nights security deposit refunded after Captain Cally the Estate home's friendly caretaker inspects the home with you for departure. He is also for hire as the area's #1 charter fishing captain. Inquire for pricing.
Daily Housekeeping services may be arranged for a small daily fee, as well as baby sitting services. Trash is picked up weekly.
